ABILITIES:
1. Ability to design new spaces and create design drawings including plan figure, elevation and section drawing, includes commercial space, shopping mall,etc.;
2. Responsible for completing the design tasks assigned by the director, including but not limited to plane optimization, concept design, scheme design, etc.;
3. Attended the project meeting, followed up and understood the customer demand, and completed the corresponding design work;
4. Complete the project conception, project design and other work, and submit the design results according to the specifications and requirements;
5. Participated in the coordination of various specialties, solved related design problems, and avoided design and construction risks;
6. Responsible for scheme disclosure, coordinating and solving the problems in construction drawing and construction stage;
7. Attend the construction technical disclosure meeting and coordinate the problems in the construction process;
REQUIREMENTS:
1. College degree or above in interior design or environmental art design.
2. Able to independently complete the design plan according to the requirements of the design director, and have the basic qualities of the designer, such as aesthetic ability, insight and vision, mastery of design methods and learning ability; To understand the domestic and foreign interior design trends, design characteristics;
3. Experienced is preferred.
4. Proficient in Sketchup, Photoshop, AutoCAD and other design software;
5. Good communication skills, able to accurately grasp the needs of projects and owners.
6. Serious and responsible in work, active participation, professional pursuit and ideal.
7. Have good team work spirit, can own with the enterprise, abide by the enterprise's rules and regulations.
ABILITIES:
1. Assisted in designing the project and making the material form;
2. Assist in the design of the project to find the material samples needed for the project and make the material samples;
3. Timely coordinate with the company's customers in the process of purchasing materials, production and use, and customer service;
4. Responsible for sorting out the sample rooms in the materials department, sorting out the electronic data sets and product books;
5. Develop new suppliers and new materials for design;
6. Responsible for holding supplier coordination meetings and purchasing contracts;
7. Prompt delivery, inspection and transportation of materials after purchase orders;
8. Maintain all supplier relations of the company and other matters assigned by the leader;
REQUIREMENTS:
1. College degree or above in interior design or related major, more than 2 years working experience in interior design company is preferred;
2. Proficient in daily computer office software and CAD software;
3. Familiar with various decorative materials; Understand the decoration engineering construction technology;
4. Have good professional ethics, must be able to bear hardships and stand hard work, good communication and coordination skills, have a strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit.
ABILITIES:
1. Responsible for the preliminary and in-depth design of the construction drawing of the design project;
2. Cooperate with the designer to complete the whole process of construction drawing, and be familiar with construction drawing nodes and samples;
3. Assist in material sample selection;
4. Make on-site disclosure and tracking of construction drawings.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. At least 2 years experience in interior decoration design and construction drawing deepening; Shopping mall and office project design experience is preferred;
2. Proficient in AutoCAD, familiar with drawing of plane, vertical, section, node and large sample; Ability to master material properties, applications, size specifications;
3. Familiar with conventional construction techniques and national industry standards; Can accurately understand and express the designer's intention;
4. Serious and responsible in work, active participation, professional pursuit and ideal.
5. Good team work spirit, able to own with the company, abide by the rules and regulations of the company, and understand the development philosophy of the company.
